What do you love most about working at Waterkloof? The experience and knowledge that I’m gaining from my colleagues. I also enjoy meeting guests with such varied and differing nationalities – I get the chance to make friends all over the world!
Your favourite dish off the menu at the moment? The Monkfish and Crispy Prawn. It’s a deliciously unusual dish for me and I’m comfortable when recommending it to our guests.
Your favourite Waterkloof wine? Circle Of Life Red. It’s a very unique wine that’s rare to find.
What do you love most about the Helderberg? Being so near the ocean is fantastic, and the views from everywhere in the Helderberg are just beautiful. Also, every wine from this region is really unique, making it a very special place.
Your favourite comfort food? Any pasta and salad!
Your top 3 activities that you’d recommend to a guest who’s new to the Helderberg? Definitely horse riding at Waterkloof, hiking one of the incredible mountain trails, and lots of wine tasting!
