What? Somerset West wine cellar, Waterkloof has unveiled its maiden vintage - a white blend named Circle of Life 2009.
Tell me more: The grapes included in the blend (sauvignon blanc, chenin blanc and Semillon) were fermented separately for 10 moths in old oak barrels to create a rich, complex wine.
And? Circle of Life has delicate melon and other tropical fruit flavours. Its mineral core and creamy mid-palate have a lingering finish.
