What do you do when your extractor fan stops working? Of course, you climb up on a chair and try to see what the problem is. That becomes a little trickier, however, when your fan stops working atop “the restaurant in the sky”, and sheer heights, that would make most weak at the knees, stand between you and the source of the problem. Not so for our Chef Gregory Czarnecki, who not only managed to make getting up and onto the roof look easy, but he also fixed the fan AND even had time to take these artistic photos for us standing down below, feet firmly planted to the ground. All in a day’s work for our chef!
