We recently received the welcome news that the rising star of Spain’s world reknowned gastronomy scene – 3 Michelin star Azurmendi – has been serving our Circle of Life White with their tasting menu!
In a nation with such wonderful wines, we are really honoured to represent South Africa and to know that our Circle of Life is being served with head chef Eneko Atxa’s amazingly innovative Basque creations. What is more, much like The Restaurant at Waterkloof, Azurmendi is actually located at a winery and vineyard (Gorka Izagirre, where they produce the completely unique and delicious Txacoli) and strives passionately towards sustainability and a farm-to-table food philosophy.
