Last year we were awarded our highest number of 90+ reviews yet from widely respected wine writer Tim Atkin MW. Well, records are there to be broken and this year our vineyard and cellar team, led by Christiaan Loots & Nadia Langenegger, have done it again with twelve 90+ reviews, only this time averaging an even higher 92 across the range.
Sitting pretty atop the windswept Schapenberg was our newborn and favourite (not ashamed to say it) – Waterkloof BOREAS 2020 with a breathtaking 94 points. The entire team at Waterkloof are blown away with this soon-to-be-released wine and couldn’t be happier that Tim was also swept off his feet.
