Following the recent changes to the lockdown regulations, we are excited to announce that The Restaurant and Wine Tasting Lounge will re-open on Friday, 18 September 2020.
In light of the impact and changes caused by COVID-19, we want to reassure you that the well-being of our guests and employees remains our top priority. We will, accordingly, be approaching the reopening with your health and safety as our guiding principle.
Along with adopting all the necessary hygiene and sanitation protocols, we have made some changes to our operating hours in order to abide by the curfew constraint. The Restaurant will be offering lunch and dinner between the following hours:
Lunch: Thursday – Sunday from 12h00 with the last sitting at 14h00
Dinner: Thursday – Saturday from 18h00 with the last sitting at 19h30
WE OFFER THE FOLLOWING MENU OPTIONS
– Tasting 3-Course Menu: R 750.00 per person
(R 950.00 per person with wine pairing)
– Tasting 4-Course Menu: R 950.00 per person
(R 1200.00 per person with wine pairing)
– Degustation Menu*: R 1800.00 per person (7-course)
(R 2200.00 per person with wine pairing)
*Please note that orders for our Degustation Menu closes at 13h30 for lunch and 18h30 for dinner (whilst the curfew is still in place).
Bookings for The Restaurant can be made via our online booking widget, which can be accessed here. Alternatively, you can direct booking enquiries to tayla@waterkloofwines.co.za.
Kindly be advised, however, that our staff are currently on annual leave, so please expect a slight delay in email response time. No telephone bookings will be taken at this time.
The Tasting Lounge will operate from Thursday to Sunday between 10h00 and 16h30. In order to ensure that we keep within the regulated 50 pax limit, please contact zandri@waterkloofwines.co.za to make a booking for your wine tasting.
In keeping with the alcohol sales regulations, any wines purchased between Friday and Sunday will be dispatched nationwide the following week.
