How… did you meet? We met seven years ago at Chef’s college.
What…is your story? We both are from Pretoria. Mathieu is a photographer and I work for a financial magazine.
Why… did you choose Waterkloof? We visited quite a few wine estates in and around the Cape, but in the end it was the delicious food, personal service and BREATHTAKING view that won our hearts.
What… were your favourite dish and Waterkloof wine of the day? That must be the toasted sandwich with the chorizo sausage – some people even said it was the highlight of the evening! We thoroughly enjoyed the Circumstance Sauvignon Blanc.
What… is your best memory of the day? There are so many, but one of our favourites is celebrating with all our closest friends and family until the early hours of the morning!
